## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N68RW WAS TAXIING INTO ITS PARKING SPOT WHEN THE PROPELLER MADE CONTACT WITH A FIRE BOTTLE. THE AIRCRAFT THEN LOOPED AROUND IN A WIDE ARC TO THE RIGHT AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE OPPOSITE SIDE N2983 WHICH WAS PARKED IN THE NEXT SPOT. MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH AIRCRAFT. ONE PROPELLER BLADE DEPARTED THE AIRCRAFT WHEN IT MADE CONTACT WITH THE ENGINE OF N2983. BECAUSE THE PILOT AND PASSENGER WERE STILL IN N2983 AFTER FLIGHT, THIS RECORD WAS CREATED PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS SITE AND IN 49 CFR 830.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
