## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT EXPERIENCED AN ENGINE "STUMBLE" WHEN MOVING THE FUEL SELECTOR. THE ENGINE CONTINUED TO OPERATE NORMALLY AFTERWARDS. THE CONDITIONS OF THE LANDING SURFACE INCLUDED ROCKS WHICH CONTRIBUTED TO THE AIRCRAFT GROUND LOOPING, THE RIGHT LANDING COLLAPSED, THE RIGHT WING AND PROPELLER CONTACTED THE GROUND.
