## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON SEPTEMBER, 22, 2020 PILOT WAS RETURNING FROM A FLIGHT FROM MMNL TO KLRD. AS HE WAS CROSSING THE BORDER HE WAS AT THE SW END OF RWY. 32. TOWER SAID HE COULD LAND ON 32 AS THE WINDS WERE CALM. PILOT WAS HIGH AND DECIDED HE COULD MAKE. PILOT COMPLETED THE CHECKLIST WHICH DID NOT INCLUDE THE LANDING GEAR. PILOT PERFORMED A SLIP TO LOOSE ALTITUDE AND LANDED ON 32 WITH THE GEAR UP. DAMAGE TO THE AIRPLANE WAS SUPERFICIAL AND THE AIRCRAFT REMAINS AIRWORTHY. THE AIRCRAFT IS BASED CURRENTLY IN KLRD AWAITING PERMISSION TO FLY INTO MEXICO.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
