## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE ATTEMPTING TO LAND ON RUNWAY 20, THE PILOTS FAILED TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN, AND LANDED WITH THE GEAR UP. THE PILOT FLYING WAS RECEIVING INSTRUCTION FROM A FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR, WHO WAS THE PILOT-IN-COMMAND. BOTH PILOTS STATED THAT THE APPROACH WAS NORMAL AND THAT NEITHER OF THEM REALIZED THAT THEY HAD FORGOTTEN TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR UNTIL THEY FELT THE AIRCRAFT CONTACT THE RUNWAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
