## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT STATED SHE DID A NORMAL 3 POINT LANDING. AS SHE WAS SLOWING DOWN SHE HAD DIFFICULTIES KEEPING THE AIRCRAFT STRAIGHT. THERE WAS VERY LITTLE LEFT RUDDER AVAILABLE. THE AIRCRAFT SWERVED RIGHT CONTACTING THE LEFT WING WITH THE LEFT MAIN STRUT COLLAPSING. POST ACCIDENT REVIEW SHOWED THE TAIL WHEEL ASSEMBLY SWIVELED IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION BUT FAILED TO OPERATE IN THE LEFT DIRECTION AND WAS EITHER BINDING OR NOT MOVING AT ALL IN THE LEFT DIRECTION. THE NTSB IS IN POSSESSION OF THE TAILWHEEL ASSEMBLY CONDUCTING FURTHER ANALYSIS.
