## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE LANDING ON RUNWAY 26 AT APPROXIMATLEY 17:15 PILOT NOTICED A DEER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RUNWAY DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF HIM. THE PILOT THEN BANKED THE AIRCRAFT TO THE LEFT. WHEN THE NOSE WHEEL TOUCHED DOWN THE PLANE VEERED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AND CONTACTED 4 RUNWAY LIGHTS. AIRCRAFT WAS ABLE TO TAXI TO THE RAMP WITHOUT INCIDENT. DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT WAS LIMITED TO THE ENGINE COWL, BOTTOM OF THE LEFT WING, LEFT FLAP, AND THE LOWER LEFT FUSELAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
