## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THIS OFFICE RECIEVED NOTIFICATION VIA PHONE CALL FROM THE REGIONAL OPERATIONS CENTER IN FORT FORTH, TEXAS, CONCERNING AN AIRCRAFT INCIDENT THAT HAD OCCURED ON NOVEMBER 6, 2020, AT THE WATONGA, OKLAHOMA REGIONAL AIRPORT. THE PILOT FAILED TO ENSURE THAT THE AIRCRAFTS LANDING GEAR WAS IN PROPER LANDING CONFIGURATION PRIOR TO LANDING. THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN ON ITS BELLY AND SKID OFF THE RUNWAY BEFORE COMING TO REST NEXT TO THE RUNWAY ON THE GRASS. THE PROPELLER CONTACTED THE RUNWAY RESULTING IN BOTH TIPS BEING DAMAGED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
