## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON NOVEMBER 13, 2020, AT APPROXIMATELY 1812, A Q9 PREDATOR UAS AIRCRAFT, CALL SIGN OMAHA 19,^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, WENT OFF THE TAXIWAY DUE TO NON-COMMANDED STEERING CAMERA RESET, AT MATHIS FIELD AIRPORT IN SAN ANGELO, TEXAS (SJT). THE AIRCRAFT WAS BEING OPERATED ON AN OBSERVATION FLIGHT. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME, AND AN IFR FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED NO DAMAGE, AND THE PILOT SUSTAINED NO INJURIES. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED FROM SJT ON NOVEMBER 13, 2020.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
