## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON NOVEMBER 11, 2020, AT APPROXIMATELY 11520 PDT, THE LAS VEGAS FLIGHT STANDARDS DISTRICT OFFICE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION BY THE LAS VEGAS METROPOLITAN POLICE DEPARTMENT (LVMPD) OF A UAS THAT CRASHED INTO THE SIDE OF THE ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ IN LAS VEGAS, NV. THE UAS WAS AN UNREGISTERED DJI MAVIC 2 ZOOM. THE UAS CRASHED ON THE NORTHEAST SIDE OF THE STADIUM STRIKING TWO BLACK GLASS PANELS.

THE INITIAL INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE UAS STRUCK TWO GLASS PANELS APPROXIMATELY 80-100 FEET FROM THE GROUND. THE UAS SUBSEQUENTLY FELL TO THE GROUND SUSTAINING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE ROTOR BLADES AND EXTERNAL CAMERA. SEVERAL SCRATCH MARKS, CONSISTENT WITH A UAS ROTOR SYSTEM, WERE OBSERVED ON TWO GLASS PANELS.

## NTSB investigation

None matched to this report by aircraft and date. Search the NTSB's own records: https://data.ntsb.gov/carol-main-public/basic-search

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
