## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N661EP WAS ON AN ILS APPROACH FOR RUNWAY 32 WHEN IT TOUCHED DOWN AT APPROXIMATELY 1000 FEET FROM THE APPROACH END OF RUNWAY 32. SHORTLY AFTER TOUCH DOWN AND AT APPROXIMATELY 80 KTS THE PILOT STARTED APPLYING FULL MANUAL BRAKES BUT HAVING LITTLE EFFECT OF REDUCING THE SPEED OF THE AIRCRAFT. AT ABOUT 300 FEET FROM THE END OF THE RUNWAY AND STILL AT 50 KTS THE PILOT PREFORMED EMERGENCY BRAKING PROCEDURES BUT THE AIRCRAFT STILL CONTINUED AND SLID OFF THE END OF RUNWAY 32. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR, WHICH WAS FORCED THROUGH THE TOP OF THE RIGHT WING. THE NOSE AND LEFT MAIN GEAR WERE ALSO DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF THE SOFT EARTH THAT THE AIRCRAFT SLID INTO.
