As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AMPHIBIOUS AIRCRAFT FLIPPED AND CAME TO REST INVERTED IN THE WATER WHEN THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO PERFORM A TOUCH AND GO ON THE LAKE WITH THE LANDING GEAR (WHEELS) EXTENDED.

THE PILOT STATED THERE WERE NO KNOWN MECHANICAL ISSUES WITH THE AIRCRAFT.

POST - CRASH INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT REVEALED THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS DOWN (WHEELS EXTENDED). THE PITOT TUBE WAS ALSO FOUND TO BE WRAPPED WITH TAPE IN A MANNER THAT MAY HAVE AFFECTED THE AIRFLOW INTO THE COMPONENT.

Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
