## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS LANDING RUNWAY 32 AT IMPERIAL COUNTRY (IPL) ON 2/5/2021. THE PILOT SAID THE AIRCRAFT VEERED 10° LEFT TO CLIP THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. HE WAS UNABLE TO CORRECT AND THE AIRCRAFT WENT OFF THE RUNWAY AND GOT STUCK IN THE MUD. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ INDICATED THE AIRCRAFT CAUGHT A GUST OF WIND CAUSING HIM TO RUN OFF THE RUNWAY.

IPL WINDS WERE RANGING FROM 320@5 AT 1053 PST, 340@6 AT 1153 PST, 360@5 AT 1253 PST, & 320@7 AT 1353 PST-- THERE WERE NO REPORTS OF GUSTY CONDITIONS AT IPL.

THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT.

A FIRE CREW WAS TRAINING AT THE AIRPORT AT THE TIME AND THE LOCAL FIRE FIGHTERS HELPED PUSH THE AIRCRAFT OUT OF THE MUD.

THE PURPOSE OF THE FLIGHT WAS TO PICK UP DONATED BLOOD FOR ANGEL FLIGHT WEST. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. HE WAS THE ONLY OCCUPANT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
