## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON FEBRUARY 22, 2021 MAULE N6170M REQUESTED TO TAXI FROM PARKING TO RUNWAY 34 AT RIVERSIDE AIRPORT (RAL) AT 2222 ZULU TIME. GROUND CONTROL ASKED THE PILOT IF HE HAD ATIS XRAY . THE PILOT REPLIED (ROGER). RIVERSIDE GROUND GAVE TAXI INSTRUCTIONS TO RUNWAY 34 VIA TAXIWAY ALPHA. GROUND CONTROL THEN OBSERVED THAT THE AIRCRAFT HAD NOSED OVER ON THE TAXIWAY AT ECHO. THE AIRPORT SIREN WAS ACTIVATED AND THE (ARFF) FIRE DEPARTMENT RESPONDED. AFTER THE INVESTIGATION BY A RIVERSIDE FAA SAFETY INSPECTOR, THE AIRCRAFT WAS FOUND TO HAVE DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER, SPINNER, COWLING AND LEFT WINGTIP. THERE WERE NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
