## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT CORRECTED FOR A WIND GUST AND THE AIRCRAFT VEERED SHARPLY TO THE LEFT TOWARDS THE INFIELD, RATHER THAN OVERCORRECT THE OTHER DIRECTION AND RISK DRAGGING THE WINGTIP HE ELECTED TO PUT IN ENOUGH CONTROL TO KEEP THE AIRCRAFT TRACKING PARALLEL TO THE RUNWAY IN THE INFIELD. THIS RESULTED IN A PROP STRIKE WHEN CROSSING A TAXIWAY. PILOT REPORTED NO DAMAGE TO DVT TOWER WHICH CANCELED THE ALERT III, BUT UPON SHUTDOWN TWO OF THE THREE PROP BLADES SHOWED DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
