## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING THE DEPARTURE ROLL OF A TOUCH AND GO LANDING, THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE NOSE CONE AND ENGINE NACELLES IMPACTED THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT SKIDDED TO THE RIGHT, EXITED THE RUNWAY AND CAME TO A STOP IN THE GRASS SOUTH OF THE RUNWAY. THE LEFT AND RIGHT PROPELLERS, LEFT AND RIGHT ENGINES, LEFT AND RIGHT ENGINE COWLINGS, NOSE LANDING GEAR, NOSE LANDING GEAR DOORS, NOSE CONE, AND THE COMBUSTION HEATER SUSTAINED DAMAGE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
