## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING OPERATIONS ON CONGESTED RAMP, N513PD LIFTED OFF OF PORTABLE DOLLY, IN A ATC NON MOVEMENT AREA, AND DRIFTED AFT STRIKING N312ST WITH THE TAIL ROTOR. THE AIRCRAFT MADE AN ABRUPT 90 DEGREE TURN AND PILOT PERFORMED HOVER AUTO LANDING. THE TAIL ROTOR STRUCK ONE MAIN ROTOR BLADE ON N312ST. THAT AIRCRAFT WAS STATIC ON THE RAMP AND UNOCCUPIED.

## Other aircraft in the event

- N312ST, Bell Helicopter Textron Canada 407: no report for this aircraft; [N312ST](https://openairdocs.org/aircraft/N312ST) is registered now

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
