## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRPLANE DEPARTED PAULS VALLEY MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (PVJ) FOR A SHORT FLIGHT TO TEST OUT THE NEW ADS-B SYSTEM INSTALLATION AND PRACTICE MANEUVERS. AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR INTO FLIGHT, BOTH ENGINES STARTED LOSING POWER SIMULTANEOUSLY. THE PILOT SET THE AIRPLANE DOWN SOFTLY (GEAR UP) IN A COW PASTURE NEAR BYARS, OK. SAS TASK CODE FOR INCIDENT T-SW15-FY21-0927, ACTIVITY CODE SW15202101245. EIR NUMBER 2021SW150002. SAS TASK CODE FOR ENFORCEMENT T-SW15-FY21-1331.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
