## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

UPON LANDING, WHEN AIRCRAFT WEIGHT WAS ON THE WHEELS THE AIRCRAFT VEERED HARD LEFT. THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A CORRECTIVE ACTION BY APPLICATION OF RIGHT RUDDER, HOWEVER HE WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN HEADING ENOUGH TO CONTROL THE AIRCRAFT AND KEEP IT ON THE RUNWAY. AFTER THE INCIDENT THE AIRMAN FOUND THE LEFT MAIN TIRE WAS FLAT. MINOR DAMAGE TO THE LEFT MAIN WHEEL FAIRING WAS SUSTAINED. HEADING WAS LOST DUE TO FLAT TIRE AND PILOT UNABLE TO CONTROL HEADING WITH A FLAT TIRE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
