## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

STATEMENT:

PILOT (^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^) STATES TOWER INSTRUCTED N787DR TO SLOW DOWN DUE TO INBOUND ALERT 1 AIRCRAFT , THE TOWER THEN REQUESTED TURN LEFT 360 DEGREES TO MAKE SPACE FOR THE ALERT 1 AIRCRAFT. I THEN RAISED FLAPS TO 15 DEGREES AND THE LANDING GEAR, THEN PERFORMED A LEFT 360 DEGREE TURN, WENT AROUND THEN SET UP AGAIN ON APPROACH FOR RWY 16. I THEN REESTABLISHED APPROACH TO RWY 16 AND UPON LANDING REALIZED LANDING GEAR WAS NOT DOWN AND LOCKED. PIC THOUGHT HE SAW 3 GREEN, AND DIDN?T HEAR THE SIREN.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
