## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON THE ARRIVAL IN TO FTY, THE F/O PICKED UP ATIS AND ATIS REPORTED THAT THE LONGER RUNWAY, 8/26, WAS CLOSED. FLIGHT CREW CALCULATED THE REQUIRED DISTANCE FOR LANDING AND IT WAS DETERMINED THEY HAD THE DISTANCE REQUIRED UNDER THE COMPANY'S DAAP PROGRAM FOR THE SHORTER, ACTIVE RUNWAY, 32. ATIS REPORTED WINDS WERE 300@12G19. AT APPROXIMATELY LESS THAN 100' AGL, APPROACH BECAME UNSTABLE. F/O OBSERVED RED LIGHTS IN THE COCKPIT FOR STALL ILLUMINATED AND CALLED OUT "STALL STALL STALL ADD POWER", AND STICK SHAKER WAS GOING OFF. CAPTAIN APPLIED POWER. BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT WING TIPS STRUCK THE RUNWAY DURING LANDING/TOUCHDOWN.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
