AFTER SELECTING GEAR DOWN FOR LANDING AT KSTJ, THE LEFT LANDING GEAR DID NOT FULLY EXTEND TO THE DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION. THE PILOT ATTEMPTED MANUAL EXTENSION WITHOUT SUCCESS. ON ROLL OUT, THE LEFT LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED.
