## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED THAT UPON LANDING A POSSIBLE GUSTY WIND CAUSED HIM TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT WHICH RESULTED IN A GROUND LOOP. DURING THE GROUND LOOP THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY AND RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT WINGS, LEFT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER AND ELEVATOR, LEFT LANDING GEAR, PROPELLER, AND SKIN WRINKLING OF THE FORWARD LEFT FUSELAGE. NTSB INVESTIGATOR DETERMINED THE AIRCRAFT HAD SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
