PIC INTENDED TO FLY THREE TAKEOFFS AND THREE LANDINGS IN PATTERN AT HOME AIRPORT FOR CURRENCY. DURING SECOND APPROACH AND LANDING, PIC FAILED TO EXTEND GEAR. GEAR HANDLE WAS "UP."
