## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

5/25/2021 - AUGUSTA, GA (AGS): N99SR, MU2, NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED WHILE PRACTICING SIMULATED SINGLE ENGINE LANDINGS ON RUNWAY 35 APPROX. 5 SECS AFTER TOUCH DOWN, NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED, PIC AND SIC REPORTED AIRCRAFT HAD ALL GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATION AND RED GEAR UN-SAFE LIGHT WAS EXTINGUISHED. AUDIO RECORDING FROM TOWER CONFIRMED PIC AND SIC STATEMENT. CREW ABOARD AIR CARRIER WAITING TO TAXI OUT WITNESSED GEAR COLLAPSE ON ROLL OUT AND NOTIFIED TOWER OF THE INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
