## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT WAS ON A RE-POSITIONING FLIGHT FROM TIMMERMAN AIRPORT IN MILWAUKEE WI TO BURLINGTON WI WHEN THE NOSE LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND WHEN COMMANDED. AFTER CONFIRMATION THAT THE GEAR WAS NOT EXTENDED AND SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO EXTEND THE NOSE LANDING GEAR, THE PILOT RETURNED TO AND LANDED THE AIRCRAFT AT TIMMERMAN AIRPORT WITH THE NOSE GEAR UP. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF THE GEAR UP LANDING. THE SINGLE PILOT ON BOARD WAS NOT INJURED. VFR WEATHER CONDITIONS PREVAILED DURING THE FLIGHT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
