## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 6/17/21 I WAS GIVEN AN 8020-9 (FAX COPY) REPORT. THE REPORT STATED THAT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^(PIC) WHILE PILOTING A HELICOPTER (N642L A R22) RECEIVED A LOW FUEL INDICATION AND MADE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING AT LOUISVILLE POINT PARK IN LOUISVILLE, TN. THE FLIGHT WAS PLANNED FROM RNC TO GKT. LOUISVILLE POINT PARK IS APPROXIMATELY 1NM FROM THE TYS AIRPORT.

THE HELICOPTER MADE A NORMAL LANDING (NO DAMAGE), WAS FUELED BY ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ AND RELEASED BY ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ (ASI, BNA FSDO).

DURING THE INVESTIGATION IT WAS DETERMINED THAT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ HAD BEEN NON-COMPLIANT WITH 14CFR91.151(B). THE INVESTIGATION DID PROVE THAT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS UNDER POWER AND MADE A NORMAL LANDING FOR A HELICOPTER IN A GRASSY AREA OF THE PARK. NO DAMAGE TO THE HELICOPTER OR PUBLIC PROPERTY WAS FOUND.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
