## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N40JB TRAVELING FROM OPN TO MCN ON 7/18/2021 WAS CLEARED TO LAND IN MCN ON RWY 23. AIRCRAFT LANDED AND ON ROLL OUT EXPERIENCED THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED FOLLOWED BY THE LEFT AND RIGHT LANDING GEAR COLLAPSE. UPON INITIAL INSPECTION OF THE LANDING GEAR MOTOR AND GEARBOX, FOUND THE LANDING GEAR GEARBOX NOT IN THE DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION AND ALL THREE LANDING GEAR PUSH RODS WERE BENT. INVESTIGATION WAS INCONCLUSIVE DUE TO THE DAMAGE SUSTAINED DURING GEAR COLLAPSE AND RECOVERY EFFORTS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
