## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT ATTEMPTED A BAULKED LANDING AFTER THE TAILWHEEL MADE CONTACT ON RUNWAY 19 AT 4B0. THE RESULT OF LOW AIRSPEED, FULL POWER, HIGH ANGLE OF ATTACK AND LACK OF RUDDER AUTHORITY CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO MOMENTARILY BECOME AIRBORNE AND STALL APPROXIMATELY 80 FEET TO THE RIGHT OF THE RUNWAY CENTERLINE. THE PILOT SECURED THE FUEL AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS AND EVACUATED THE AIRCRAFT. THE RESULTING DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT DOES NOT MEET THE DEFINITION OF SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
