## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

IN A STATEMENT FROM THE PILOT:

ABOUT 1220HRS ON THURS., JULY 29, I RECEIVED KPAO GROUND OKAY TO

TAXI N30304 TO RWY. 31 VIA QUEBEC (TERMINAL SIDE) AND HOLD SHORT AT

YANKEE. SEEING NO TRAFFIC ON YANKEE, I PROCEEDED ONTO YANKEE;

HOWEVER, I THEN SAW AN AIRCRAFT HEADED MY WAY ON YANKEE. I GAVE

WAY TO THE RIGHT AND CONTINUED TO THE RUNUP AREA FOR RWY 31; HOWEVER;

MY RIGHT WING TIP CONTACTED THE PROPELLOR OF A PARKED CZECH LIGHT SPORT

(N301SC), CAUSING THE PROP TO ROTATE ABOUT 30 DEGREES. DAMAGE TO THE

LIGHT SPORT WAS LIMITED TO A BURR AT THE TIP. DAMAGE TO MY WING WAS

SCRATCHED PAINT (NO DENTING OF SKIN). I DID ACKNOWLEDGE MY MISTAKE TO

KPAO GROUND AND REQUESTED [AND WAS GRANTED] TAXI BACK TO MY TIE

DOWN (Q-7).

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
