## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB WPR21FA298](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/WPR21FA298), Jul 30, 2021: Cessna 150 (N8520G), Banning, CA, substantial damage, 2 fatal. Probable cause: The pilot’s exceedance of the airplane’s critical angle of attack while maneuvering in the airport traffic pattern, which resulted in an aerodynamic stall and loss of control.
