ON AUGUST 01, 2021 THIS OFFICE RECEIVED MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS AGAINST N802TL FOR RECKLESS FLYING. THE COMPLAINTS STATE THAT N802TL WAS FLYING LOW AND RECKLESSLY OVER HOMES AND ROADS. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ STATED THAT HE WAS SPRAYING THE FIELDS WITH FUNGICIDE. EVIDENCE PROVIDED SHOWED THAT N802TL APPEARED TO COMPLY WITH 14 CFR § 91.119 AND § 137.49. THERE WERE NO FINDINGS OF ANY REGULATORY VIOLATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPLAINTS.

COMMENTS:  IT WAS DISCOVERED DURING THE COURSE OF THIS INVESTIGATION THE N802TL WAS NOT PRESENT ON ANY 137 CERTIFICATES LETTERS OF AUTHORIZATION. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ STATED THAT HE WAS WORKING FOR ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^. THE PRINCIPAL OPERATIONS INSPECTOR FOR ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. THIS CASE IS CONSIDERED CLOSED WITH ENFORCEMENT ACTION.
