ON AUGUST 01, 2021 THIS OFFICE RECEIVED MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS AGAINST ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ FOR RECKLESS FLYING. THE COMPLAINTS STATE THAT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS FLYING LOW AND RECKLESSLY OVER HOMES AND ROADS. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ STATED THAT HE WAS SPRAYING THE FIELDS WITH FUNGICIDE. EVIDENCE PROVIDED SHOWED THAT^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ APPEARED TO COMPLY WITH 14 CFR § 91.119 AND § 137.49. THERE WERE NO FINDINGS OF ANY REGULATORY VIOLATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPLAINTS.
