## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING CLIMB-OUT, THE PILOT NOTICED THE AIRCRAFT WOULD NOT ACHIEVE A POSITIVE RATE OF CLIMB. THE PILOT DECIDED TO ABORT THE TAKE-OFF, REDUCED POWER, AND ATTEMPTED TO LAND USING THE REMAINING RUNWAY. REALIZING THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH RUNWAY AND NOT WANTING TO IMPACT A CHAIN LINK FENCE, HE ADDED POWER. THE AIRCRAFT CLEARED THE FENCE AND TOUCHED DOWN IN A YARD/GRAVEL DRIVEWAY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE AIRPORT. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED ON INTO A WOODED AREA AND STRUCK SEVERAL TREES BEFORE COMING TO REST IN A NOSE DOWN INVERTED POSITION AGAINST A TREE.
