## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 9/12/2021, THE DPE WAS ADMINISTERING COMMERCIAL AMEL PRACTICAL EXAM WHEN THE DPE FAILED TO NOTICE THAT THE APPLICANT HAD NOT PUT THE GEAR DOWN AND LANDED THE AIRCRAFT GEAR-UP. AFTER INVESTIGATING THIS INCIDENT, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE DPE WOULD RECEIVE A SNAAP WARNING NOTICE. THE SNAAP WARNING NOTICE AND PRIVACY STATEMENT WAS SENT TO THE DPE ON 10/18/2021.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
