## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT WAS REPOSITIONING PART 91 FROM FARGO, ND (KFAR) TO HOME BASE OF GRAND FORKS, ND (KGFK). WHILE AT 2000 FEET 10 MILES FROM KGFK THEY APPARENTLY HAD A BIRD STRIKE AT APPROXIMATELY 0100 HOURS LOCAL. (SEE PHOTOS). THE PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TWO CREW (NURSE AND PARAMEDIC) EMPLOYEES WERE ON BOARD. GUARDIAN FLIGHT IS A MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION PROVIDER WITH BASE IN GRAND FORKS, ND.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
