## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT EXPERIENCED INTERMITTENT RED LIGHT AFTER THE GEAR HAD LOCKED DOWN. CONVERSATION WITH HIS MECHANIC THEY BELIEVED IT TO BE AN INTERMITTENT SWITCH. ON TOUCH DOWN HE HAD A GREEN LIGHT, BUT ON ROLL OUT THE AIRCRAFT STARTED TO SHAKE AND THEN STARTED DRIFTING RIGHT. THE ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN BEFORE THE RIGHT GEAR COLLASPED COMPLETELY.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB ERA22LA005](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/ERA22LA005), Oct 5, 2021: Cessna 210 (N6318B), Columbia, SC, substantial damage. Probable cause: A failure of the landing gear hydraulic power pack for reasons that could not be determined.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
