## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON OCTOBER 17, 2021, THE PILOT OF N6506X ATTEMPTED TO TAKEOFF FROM ANGEL POINT A DIRT AIRSTRIP NEAR HANKSVILLE, UT. ON TAKEOFF ROLL HEADING NORTH ON RUNWAY 20 AT 1900 THE AIRCRAFT FAILED TO LEAVE THE GROUND. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP OFF THE END OF THE DIRT RUNWAY AFTER THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED AND PROP STRUCK THE GROUND. THERE WERE FOUR PERSONS ON BOARD WITH NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
