## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT LANDED AND THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR AND NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED.

AIRCRAFT WAS NEAR THE CENTERLINE OF THE RUNWAY AND IT WAS UPRIGHT.

MINOR DAMAGE TO HULL AND TO LEFT AND RIGHT SPONSONS.

NOSE LANDING GEAR WAS DAMAGED.

PHOTOS AND VERBAL STATEMENT FROM CRASH CREW INDICATED THAT THE GEAR WAS DOWN BUT NOT LOCKED WHEN THE AIRCRAFT LANDED. CRASH CREW STATED THAT THEY LIFTED EACH SIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT AND MANUALLY PUSHED THE GEAR TO THE LOCKED POSITION. THE NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT LOCK DUE TO DAMAGE.

AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL AUDIO RECORDING INDICATES THAT AFTER THE INCIDENT, THE PILOT REPORTED THAT HE LOST ALL POWER ON SHORT FINAL.

ON SCENE THE PILOT CLARIFIED THAT HE LOST ELECTRICAL POWER NOT ENGINE POWER. HE STATED THAT BECAUSE HE WAS ALREADY CLEARED TO LAND HE DECIDED TO LAND THE AIRCRAFT.

ON SCENE, ASKED THE PILOT TO TURN ELECTRICAL POWER ON AND EVERYTHING APPEARED TO OPERATE NORMALLY. LEFT AND RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR INDICATED DOWN AND LOCKED. NOSE LANDING GEAR INDICATED UNSAFE.
