## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON OCTOBER 28, 2021, N141SM A BEECHCRAFT BE-300 SUPER KING WAS EN-ROUTE FROM MIDLAND TEXAS KMAF APPROACHING VICTORIA TEXAS, KVCT WHEN THE ATP RATED PILOT STATED THAT HE HEARD A LOUD ?BANG? WHILE DESCENDING THRU 10,000 FEET. THE PILOT LATER STATED THAT THERE WAS NO INDICATION OR AIRCRAFT FAILURE, BUT HE NOTED THAT A PASSENGER WINDOW HAD CRACKED AND THAT A ?LOUVER? ON THE RIGHT ENGINE APPEARED TO BE EXPOSED TO THE AIRSTREAM. THE PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED AT VICTORIA WITHOUT FURTHER ISSUES. THE AIRCRAFT WAS BEING OPERATED UNDER 14 CFR 91 RULES WITH ONE OF ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ REPORTED ON BOARD THE AIRCRAFT.

AS OF 11/22/2021 THE PANEL HAS NOT BEEN LOCATED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
