## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB ERA22LA037](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/ERA22LA037), Oct 29, 2021: Piper PA-30 (N30SH), Waverly, TN, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot’s improper pre-flight fuel planning, which resulted in a total loss of engine power to both engines due to fuel exhaustion.

## Other reports on N30SH (1)

- [Incident 19830426072409I](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19830426072409I), Apr 26, 1983: Piper PA30 (N30SH), Houston, TX, Minor damage. Landing gear collapsed after landing. The gear motor was found to operate intermittently.
