## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM CAPTAINS FLIGHT SAFETY REPORT:

"UPON LANDING IN LGA FLYING INBOUND FROM GSO ON 11/3/2021, WE NOTED ON THE POST FLIGHT EVIDENCE OF A BIRD STRIKE ON THE RADOME. WE HEARD WHAT APPEARED TO BE THIS POSSIBLE BIRD STRIKE AT APPROX. 3,000 FT. AT NIGHT VMC ON THE PARK VISUAL 31 IN LGA. NO ABNORMAL INDICATIONS WERE NOTED & AN MM1 ENTRY WAS MADE."

A BIRD STRIKE INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED AND RADOME WAS CHANGED BY MAINTENANCE IN LGA.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
