## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON NOVEMBER 23, 2021, AT APPROXIMATELY 1255 CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME, A BEECH D55, N956PA, MADE CONTACT WITH AN AIRPORT TAXIWAY LIGHT. THE ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^OPERATOR WAS TAXING THE AIRCRAFT FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE PURCHASING THE AIRCRAFT COMING OUT OF A SEVEN MONTH MAJOR OVERHAUL. HE STATED HE DEPRESSED THE BRAKES AND IT PULLED HARD TO THE ONE SIDE. PULLING THE AIRCRAFT INTO THE GRASS AND BREAKING THE AIRPORT LIGHT. THE PILOT QUICKLY REGAINED CONTROL AND GOT THE AIRCRAFT BACK ON THE TAXIWAY. THERE WAS NO VISUAL OR MECHANICAL DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
