## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DUE TO UNEXPECTED LOW FUEL LEVEL INDICATION, THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY LANDING IN A FIELD. ON APPROACH THE PILOT KEPT THE AIRSPEED SLOW DUE TO LANDING LOCATION. THIS CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO STALL, AND BANK LEFT AT A LOW ALTITUDE, AT WHICH POINT THE LEFT WING MADE CONTACT WITH THE GROUND. AFTER THE INITIAL IMPACT THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED AND THE PROPELLER IMPACTED THE GROUND CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO SPIN AROUND ON THE GROUND.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
