## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON NOVEMBER 28, 2021 AT APPROXIMATELY 13:30 CST, N677Q A BEECH 95, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, OPERATED BY CERTIFIED FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR PROVIDING STUDENT INSTRUCTION LANDED AT RUSSELLVILLE, AR AFTER COMPLETION OF INSTRUCTION. DURING LANDING THE NOSE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED, THE PILOT MAINTAINED CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT UNTIL STOPPED. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED DAMAGE TO BOTH PROPELLERS, NOSE CONE, AND SKIN DAMAGE TO THE NOSE AREA. THERE WERE NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
