## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 11/28/2021, N34VC, KITFOX EXPERIMENTAL AIRPLANE, WAS LANDING AT "GRAVETTE FIELD AIRPORT" IN ARKANSAS (AR09). THE PILOT CROSSED MIDFIELD

AND CHECKED RUNWAY CONDITIONS, WHICH WERE GOOD, BEFORE MAKING A LEFT TRAFFIC PATTERN.

DURING THE ROLLOUT A HERD OF SEVEN DEER JUMPED THE FENCE AND ENTERED THE RUNWAY, CROSSING IN FRONT OF THE AIRCRAFT. AIRMEN TRIED TO COMPLETE THE ROLLOUT BUT TWO DEER STOPPED TO THE LEFT, WHEN THE AIRCRAFT WAS CLOSE, THEY THEN LUNGED INTO THE AIRPLANES PATH. BRAKES WERE APPLIED HARDER AND THE AIRCRAFT FLIPPED OVER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
