## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT N444DT, A PA-46 HAD VEERED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF RUNWAY 09 AFTER LANDING. THERE WERE VISIBLE TIRE MARKS ON THE RUNWAY FROM THE EXCURSION THAT BEGAN ABOUT APPROXIMATELY 1650 FEET FROM THE RUNWAY THRESHOLD. THE INTERMITTENT TIRE SKID MARKS CONTINUED FOR APPROXIMATELY 330 FEET. THE AIRCRAFT THEN SLID OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY INTO THE GRASS DOWN INTO A DITCH, RESULTING IN A COLLAPSE OF THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR, THE NOSE LANDING GEAR, AND A PROP STRIKE.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
