## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N650WA, C650, PWA-PTV, REPORTED A HYDRAULIC ISSUE BUT PILOT DID NOT DECLARE AN EMERGENCY. TOWER OBSERVED THAT ONLY THE LEFT MAIN GEAR APPEARED DOWN; ATC DECLARED PRECAUTIONARY EMERGENCY. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE PILOT WAS ABLE TO MANUALLY LOWER THE GEAR. ACFT LANDED RWY35 AND BECAME IMMOBILE ON THE RWY. ACFT HAD TO BE TOWED OFF THE RWY TO THE RAMP. ARFF REPORTED "A LOT OF HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKING FROM THE ACFT."

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
