## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT STATED THAT AFTER TAKEOFF FROM PANC AT 300AGL THE RIGHT ENGINE FAILED. PILOT THEN FEATHERED THE RIGHT PROPELLER AND REQUESTED TO RETURN TO PANC. SHORTLY AFTER, THE RIGHT PROPELLER CAME OUT OF FEATHER AND BEGAN WIND MILLING FOR UNKNOWN REASONS CAUSING A SLOW DESCENT. THE PILOT WAS NOT ABLE TO FEATHER THE RIGHT PROPELLER AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS. THE PILOT REPORTED THE "MAYDAY" AND INSTRUCTED ATC THAT HE WAS LANDING RUNWAY 7 AT PAMR AS HE DID NOT WANT TO TURN INTO THE INOPERATIVE ENGINE. PILOT MAINTAINED FULL POWER ON THE LEFT ENGINE WITH A CONTINUED DESCENT. WHILE ON FINAL APPROACH THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK A TREE AND THE PILOT ELECTED TO KEEP THE LANDING GEAR UP TO REDUCE DRAG. THE PILOT LANDED RUNWAY 7 AT PAMR WHILE MAINTAINING DIRECTIONAL CONTROL ON THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP ON RUNWAY 7 AND ALL THREE PEOPLE EXITED THE AIRCRAFT WITHOUT INJURY.

BLOCK 33 IDENTIFIES ONE OCCUPANT OF THE AIRCRAFT AS "OTHER". THIS PERSON WAS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY TO ASSIST WITH LOADING AND UNLOADING OF THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
