## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT APPROACHED L05 RUNWAY 17, CROSSED THE THRESHOLD AT APPROXIMATELY 80 MPH AND BOUNCED, PILOT THEN APPLIED POWER TO KEEP AIRCRAFT FROM DROPPING AGAIN. THE PILOT WAS APPROACHING THE RUNWAY END AND VEERED LEFT OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY. THE NOSE WHEEL STRUCK A BOLDER, CAUSING THE WHEEL TO COLLAPSE AND THE PROPELLER TO STRIKE THE GROUND AND NOSE OVER. NO INJURIES, NO DAMAGE TO THIRD-PARTY PROPERTY, AND AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED MINOR DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
