## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AT 1752 WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE ROC INFORMING US THAT AN AIRCRAFT WENT DOWN OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY IN BRODHEAD WI AT APPROXIMATELY 1645. PILOT STATED THAT HE WAS DOING TOUCH AND GOES OFF OF RUNWAY 9 AND ON HIS 1ST TOUCH AND GO THE AIRCRAFT LOST POWER AT AN ALTITUDE OF ABOUT 150'. HE THEN ATTEMPTED TO LAND IN A CORN FIELD.

INVESTIGATION OF SCENE: AIRCRAFT LANDED IN A TILLED CORN FIELD ABOUT 2000' FROM THE END OF THE RUNWAY. BOTH MAIN LANDING GEAR BROKEN AND BENT BACK UNDER THE AIRCRAFT. NO APPARENT PROP DAMAGE THE LOWER ENGINE COWL DID SUSTAIN MINOR DAMAGE. NO OTHER DAMAGE NOTED FROM PHOTOS TAKEN BY THE AIRPORT MANAGER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
